About the regulation of the tariffs for services rendered by the Consumer Goods Examination Bureau subordinated to the State Service for Antimonopoly Policy and Consumer Rights Protection under the Ministry of Economic Development of the Republic of Azerbaijan

Pursuant to the Decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan “On approval of Statute of the Tariff (price) Council of the Republic of Azerbaijan” numbered 341, dated 26 December 2005, “Rules for organization of state control over formation and application of the tariffs (prices) applied for the state regulation” approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers № 247, dated 30 December 2005, appeal of the State Service for Antimonopoly Policy and Consumer Rights Protection, and Protocol of the meeting of  the Tariff (price) Council dated 24 November 2011 DECIDES: 
1. Tariffs for the laboratory, advisory and examination services rendered by the Consumer Goods Examination Bureau subordinated to the State Service for Antimonopoly Policy and Consumer Rights Protection shall be determined as follows:

2. The resolution of the Tariff (price) Council “On regulating tariffs for submitting certificate of origin to legal and physical entities by the State Service for the Control of Consumer Market under the Ministry of Economic Development” dated 30 April 2008, numbered 3 shall be considered lose its force. 
3. This resolution will enter into force from 01 December 2011.
