About regulating tariffs of internal passenger transportation by air transport

 

Pursuant to the Decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan “On Approval of the Statute of the Tariff (price) Council of the Republic of Azerbaijan” № 341, dated 26 December 2005, “Rules for organization of state control over formation and application of the tariffs (prices) applied for the state regulation” approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers № 247, dated 30 December 2005 the Tariff (price) Council DECIDES: 

1. Upper level of tariffs for internal passenger transportation by air transport (the same for opposite direction) shall be determined at the following level:

5.	Ganja - Nakhchivan	39,0

  

2. Tariffs for transporting goods, post and luggage above the norm by internal passenger airships shall be determined at the level of 30 kopecks/kg including VAT.

3. Following resolutions of the Tariff (price) Council of the Republic of Azerbaijan shall be annulled:

3.1. The resolution of the Tariff (price) Council of the Republic of Azerbaijan №24 “On tariffs of internal passenger transport services rendered by “Azerbaijan Airlines” Closed Stock Company on directions” dated 25 December 2007;

3.2. The resolution of the Tariff (price) Council of the Republic of Azerbaijan  №2 “On making amendments to the resolution of the Council №24 “On tariffs of internal passenger transport services rendered by “Azerbaijan Airlines” State Concern on directions” dated 29 December 2010.

4. This resolution enters into force from 3 December 2013.
